AAUW Gala Program

Our biggest fundraiser of the year!

Join us at our biggest Fundraiser of the Year!

The January 2019 Gala, “A Lifetime of Leadership” was an evening of inspirational speakers, fine dining, entertainment, live and silent auction and complementary wine and champagne at our biggest event of the year that raised money for our programs that help women and girls in our community (especially scholarships and our STEM camp).

A night of inspiration
Our keynote speaker was Megan Marsden, a gymnastics legend. In addition to her personal gymnastic achievements, (including three individual NCAA titles), she has coached many University of Utah teams to National championships and All-American awards. Megan shared her amazing story on how her enthusiastic and motivational style of leadership helped bring out the champion in her athletes!

We do hope you will support us this year, and look forward to seeing you at our next festive Gala in January 2022.

The AAUW Gala 2020

Along with many cherished celebrations, the annual AAUW St. George branch Gala Fundraiser is no exception to the traditions we have had to re-think this year.

While the circumstances of our fundraising have changed, the need has not! Our advocacy programs rely on your generosity. Our mission continues, no matter how we go about it.

“Giving Without Going” is our theme this year, an apt one for our approach during Covid-19. We are formally beginning our AAUW fundraiser January 1, and hope you will take this opportunity to give to our great cause. We look forward to reaching our goal by the end of February! Help us maintain our excellent programs for women in need. Remember, “the Giver receives the greater Gift.”
